Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation on daily basis, including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.
Develop customized in-house programs with relevant training modules and materials.
Establish training & performance records by intensive control and evaluation, rewards and punishment.
Analyzing stores sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
Managing commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target.
Plan, implement and develop organizational development strategies (covering specific area relevant to organizational structure and others) .Establishes and maintain appropriate system to measure important aspects of organizational performance and human resources planning .
